Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TradeBridge. By accessing or using our software and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
TradeBridge is a desktop software application that bridges trading positions from TradingView to MetaTrader 5 in real time. Access to the software is granted through a license key tied to a single device (hardware binding).
2. License
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TradeBridge on one (1) device for the duration of your subscription period. You may not:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your license key
- Use the software on more than one device simultaneously
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
3. Subscription & Payment
TradeBridge is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must manually renew before expiry to continue using the service. Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency. All prices are listed in USD.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TradeBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Trading involves significant financial risk. TradeBridge is a tool to automate order execution and does not constitute financial advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or financial damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to connectivity issues, software bugs, or broker-side errors.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
