Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TradeBridge. If you experience issues, please contact us via Telegram at @Tradebridges before requesting a refund — most issues can be resolved quickly.
1. Digital Product Policy
TradeBridge is a digital software product. Once a license key has been issued and activated on a device, the product has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You have not activated the license key on any device
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The license key has been activated and used
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The request is due to a change of mind
- Issues caused by your broker, MT5 terminal, or internet connection
- Trading losses incurred while using the software
4. Crypto Payment Refunds
All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are processed manually and returned to a wallet address you provide. Refund amounts are calculated at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase via Telegram: @Tradebridges. Please include your registered email address and order details. We will respond within 24 hours.
6. Subscription Cancellation
TradeBridge subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You simply do not renew when your current period expires. There is no need to cancel — your license will naturally expire at the end of the paid period.
